About Kristen

I’m Kristen, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and U.S.-licensed speech-language pathologist with over 15 years of experience in education, communication support, and program development for autistic students.
 

I’ve worked in education for my entire career, focusing on creating systems that support meaningful inclusion of neurodivergent and disabled students. My work spans interdisciplinary collaboration, applied research, and professional development for educators and therapists —including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, BCBAs, and teachers.
 

Originally from the U.S., I am a native English speaker and currently an A2/B1-level Dutch speaker. I work comfortably in international and multilingual settings and approach all consultation with a culturally responsive, collaborative lens.
 

My professional interests include communication development, neurodiversity-affirming practices, implementation science, and inclusive education.
